ITU Development Sector

ITU Development Sector (ITU-D) is one of the three sectors of the International Telecommunication Union responsible (ITU). It is responsible for creating policies, regulation and providing training programs and financial strategies in developing countries.

It was formed in the 1992 ITU Plenipotentiary Conference.
